Cynthia built websites for about 5 years, both privately
and professionally. She is proficient not only in the graphic
art/multimedia aspects, but also in the development aspects of
web design.
Cynthia holds a B.A. and an M.A. in German from the University
of Texas at Austin. She also has a certificate in Web Production
from Houston Community College. She is currently working
towards a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
